Being involved in photojournalism provides me with some unusual photo opportunities. This shot of an F4 fighter was taken from the boom operator's position in the rear of a KC-135 Stratotanker while cruising at 30,000 feet over central Nevada. As a media person, I was invited on a training flight with the 940th Air Refueling Group stationed at McClellan Air Force Base, Sacramento, CA. It was an awesome ride.
